The ladies at the front desk were delightful and very helpful! The technician was very knowledgable and honest with what procedures would work for my skin! I`ve called a few times as well and had great service via the phone!

I had my first brazilian wax yesterday with Heidi and she was GREAT!!!! Everyone kept telling me hoe painful it was going to be but it didn`t hurt at all. I also didn`t have any discomfort after. No more shaving for me, I`m definitely going back and recommending Heidi to my friends.

The staff was very personable and friendly. They were prompt and I was able to get in to see the technician and leave before my scheduled appointment time. I would definitely recommend skin matters to friends.
