Overall pretty good, but I`ve never really had an appointment where it`s scheduled/executed appropriately. For example - I couldn`t schedule on the website (even though Ryan told me that`s the only way I can do it). I had to eventually call in and was told the reason why is because you all are opening a new location. If this is the case then the site should reflect this reason. Also, I was booked for a full body, but it was scheduled as 2 halves. I didn`t know that so the tech was confused, etc. Just seems the system isn`t overall the most efficient. Also, no smock was left for me in the room and the pillow was pretty dirty (small hairs on it).
