Clean environment, thorough explanation of service, fair & competitive pricing, treatment is fast and they keep accurate appt. times--and even work you in if you are a few minutes late. Excellent customer care and God Bless Misty for her gentle bedside manner. Word of wisdom, get the numbing cream, well worth the $40. I will definitely be back for treatment on other areas. I even recommended them to my boyfriend. Also, they sell the most delicious smelling candles and Bare Minerals products.

After 5 sessions and 7 still in process, I really can tell that this laser system really works! Skin Matters`s team & laser equipment rocks!

Staff is always pleasant. I would recommend Skin Matters to all my family and friends. I would come back to them again as well for any other laser needs. Reasonably priced as well!

I had accidentally written down the wrong time for my appointment and arrived 30 minutes late. Everyone was very nice and accommodating. Thank you so much!

Overall pretty good, but I`ve never really had an appointment where it`s scheduled/executed appropriately. For example - I couldn`t schedule on the website (even though Ryan told me that`s the only way I can do it). I had to eventually call in and was told the reason why is because you all are opening a new location. If this is the case then the site should reflect this reason. Also, I was booked for a full body, but it was scheduled as 2 halves. I didn`t know that so the tech was confused, etc. Just seems the system isn`t overall the most efficient. Also, no smock was left for me in the room and the pillow was pretty dirty (small hairs on it).
