Skin Matters facility is nice and clean. They are fairly quick in getting you back for your treatment, as well. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Their prices are also very reasonable. I haven`t had laser hair removal before, so don`t have a comparison, but I definitely thought more hair would be gone than there actually is (I`ve had 5 treatments thus far on my underarms). They recently changed to have customers making their own follow up appointments online, I`d rather have the option for them to make my next appointment, seems less professional and I`m likely to forget to make the appointment.

I have always felt comfortable at Skin Matters. The office is very clean and well organized. I am almost done with my treatments and the results are amazing! I am excited to soon be hair-free and I`m glad I chose SM for my procedures. Best technician in the world is Carol!

Very friendly and helpful front staff and extremely caring back staff!! I have a very busy schedule and its always difficult to get over there, but the staff always find a way to accommodate me.

In addition, there rates for laser hair removal are very reasonable. I highly recommend Skin Matters!!

I would definitely recommend skin matters as the staff is super friendly and they are very professional. I really like the fact that they constantly update their equipment and it is very clean.

New location is much easier to get to. They had multiple lasers to choose from. Never experienced problems, but they did sometimes keep me waiting for an appointment.

They always do an amazing job! Usually have to wait until ten minutes after my appointment time but once I get back tere they are efficient!

I am never go back this shop. because it`s not worthy it. I pay $ 179.00 for 6 visit and i finish but all hair come back, i wish i can get my money back. Please Please do not go this shop.

Great staff and services at skin matters! I purchased six laser hair removal treatments on a small area. I have gotten great results so far and look forward to being a return customer on other offered services. Keep up the good work.
