Matt did a wonderful job! He is always so personable and he explains a laser so I was not nervous at all. from when you walk in the door, you feel welcome. plus, they have numbing cream, which I came to find very handy after my 3rd session for my armpit laser.

It was very easy to schedule an appointment with Skin Matters both over the phone and online. The person who made my appointment over the phone was extremely knowledgeable about their services and products and made me feel very comfortable about being a first time customer. They are very professional and speedy and they offer a full line of services.

I had a great experience at SkinMatters in the new location off Roswell rd. The technician was very knowledgeable and friendly and the front office lady was very helpful too.
