As a first timer trying laser hair removal, I was a bit skeptical. However I`m currently on my fourth treatment and love the decision I`ve made. I`ve had 3 different technicians and enjoyed all 3. I had a scheduling conflict the week of my appointment which I booked a month in advance and they were more than accommodating to work me in with the small window of time I had.

I love Skin Matters! I`ve had a hairy face all my life and finally got up the courage to do something about it, and I couldn`t have chosen a better place! The staff is friendly and knowledgeable, and diverse. The atmosphere is pleasant and modern, and my wait time has been minimal. I have sensitive skin and was concerned about scarring, and I`m happy to say that not only has there been no scarring, the marks and hair bumps I had from waxing and tweezing are fading! And you can`t beat the prices, I`m hooked, planning to get my whole body zapped lol! Thanks Skin Matters!

when I had first heard of skin matters I read some reviews that were not so positive. however I`m not sure where those people had their work done. I find the staff to be very courteous and very professional. At skin matters i actually feel like I matter

Great place to go to go for many different treatments!!! They are very professional and reasonably priced. Staff is very friendly and helpful.

I have been very happy with the service and results from skin Matters. They are friendly and helpful. I`m on my 8th treatment and can not say enough about how happy I am with my results!! I wish I had done it years ago!!! Thanks Skin Matters!!
