They were quick and the staff was very nice. I didn`t like that I had a different attendant every session and was vocally pressured to tip after each session.

Skin Matters has been fantastic for my laser hair removal treatment. The staff are very courteous and friendly and the wait time has been very quick since they moved to the new location. I would recommend SM to friends as the location is great and the treatments are effective.

Service has been great as results have too.
However I was sick and canceled an appt 24 hours prior and I was charged $20.
I called and was told a manager would call me back after it was looked into and I never received a call or credit

I had laser hair removal done on two areas, underarm and bikini. I did notice a reduction in hair, but not elimination (but I am fair-skinned and fair haired and knew this was a possibility). The staff were pleasant and professional, and the services were affordable. Overall, I do recommend this business.
