I am a Skin Matters `Botox` 1st time client. The wait time was very minimal. The front desk were extremely nice and courteous. Dr. Ulrich took the time to explain everything to me first and answer my questions. Being a 1st timer, he put me at ease almost immediately. I barely felt the injections. Compared to other places I checked out, the prices here are the same or even less. I couldn`t be happier with my experience.

I have been going to Skin Matters since last year for laser hair removal with great results. Ask for Gary. He is amazing at what he does. Takes his time and is a perfectionist. Amazing customer service and professionalism since day 1, and will continue to see Gary for all my future cosmetic needs. I highly recommend anyone to see Gary at Skin Matters.

The people at Skin Matters on Roswell Rd are wonderful. The people who are at the front desk are friendly and helpful and my laser tech, Gary, is professional and knowledgeable and always puts me at ease!

I have had such wonderful experiences at skin matters. They are always friendly, on time, and very clean. The laser technicians have been very pleasant and gentle. I would say their only weakness Is not scheduling my future appointments before I leave. The first time I went, they helped me schedule my next appointment. Now, since I have been there three times, they no longer ask me. It is just more convenient than scheduling it online. Other than that, it is a wonderful place I would definitely recommend.
