The last appointment with a new tech was awesome.
Don`t know how to spell her name but it started with an S. She was prompt and professional and very good with the laser hair remover.

Very disappointed with my latest visit. My technician was changed without consulting or even informing me. I wish I remembered her name. Her technique was horrible! The laser frequently went past my legs - not on them. It was the most painful treatment I`ve ever had and I left with welts for the first time.

During every visit someone always knocks on the door to talk to my technician. Not a comfortable experience when half naked on a treatment table.

Not sure if I`ll be returning once my package is complete.

The ladies at the front desk were delightful and very helpful! The technician was very knowledgable and honest with what procedures would work for my skin! I`ve called a few times as well and had great service via the phone!

I had my first brazilian wax yesterday with Heidi and she was GREAT!!!! Everyone kept telling me hoe painful it was going to be but it didn`t hurt at all. I also didn`t have any discomfort after. No more shaving for me, I`m definitely going back and recommending Heidi to my friends.
