The facility appears to be very clean and the employees are professional and friendly. I have had laser hair removal done before by a NPR and can tell a difference in the technique between the tech I saw at Skin Matters and a NPR. The tech was OK, but not amazing and did not thoroughly insure she covered the area. The other difference is that I was asked to leave gratuity for the Tech. I was surprised because the NPR I saw never asked, nor was it on my CC slip.

My first visit was very efficient. The building was clean and well put together, and everyone was very friendly. I have already recommended Skin Matters to others.

The tech that did my consultation was great! She was easy going and knowledgeable. But when I got there at 4:20 for my 4:30 appointment I signed in at the front desk and marked that yes I was there for a consult and I went and sat down in one of the four seats in the waiting area... I waited for 25 minutes and was the only person there for most of that time. The two girls behind the desk were talking amongst themselves, not acknowledging me at all, when I heard them talking about the appointments on the books for consults that day and they mentioned my name... to which I raised my hand and said Thats me, I signed in and have been sitting right here. So around 4:50 I STARTED my initial paperwork.

I am usually happy with the service but yesterday`s sevice took longer because the machine kept overheating and we had to constantly stop and we ended changing the machine. The sevice took 2 hrs instead of the regular hour. So overall i want very satisfied with the service

Carol was great as always. She was running late because there wasn`t a laser available, but she came out and let me know what was up and about how long it would be. She is always fun to come visit!

Positives: I`ve had great results with my laser hair removal. The techs I`ve had (with the exception of one) have all been very friendly and professional. They have the best prices for laser hair removal I`ve seen so far.

Negatives: They don`t honor/keep appts, Several times, I`ve received calls a few hours before the appts I made weeks ago, to be told I have to reschedules, techs always running behind and expect to wait 30-hour to be seen.
