Carol was absolutely wonderful, she prepared me very well for what was about to happen regarding the laser hair removal. She was quick and tried to make it as painless as possible. I`m already starting to see fantastic results and it was only my second session. Can`t wait for my last treatment!

Dana is absolutely fantastic and personal as a technician. The administrative staff is incredibly flexible and works with me if I ever need assistance. They are absolutely wonderful!

Excellent staff, very knowledgeable. Allison made me feel extremely comfortable about my procedure. She was very thorough in her explanation of what I should expect and went into depth about the type of lasers to be used for my particular skin type.

Came for my first LHR treatment and everything was great. Was seen on time...practically no wait. In and out in 10 minutes. No complaints.

The reason I did not give a five is because I feel that I am always being brushed off. Theres always that staff that has to make a comment. The Aesthetician has always been great. Thats the sole reason I would definately come back. The ladies up front need a refresher on customer service. Ryan has been the only one that was professional
