I have received hair removal services for both the bikini line and underarms. I have never had any issues or complaints with my experiences at Skin Matters. Once I found a technician I liked, Skin Matters was great at ensuring that I booked appointments with my preferred technician. My technician has always been respectful and done a fabulous job. I can tell he cares about the product of his work. I have thoroughly appreciated and enjoyed my experience with Skin Matters.

Everyone at Skin Matters are very friendly and helpful. The laser hair removal has worked very well on my underarms and the hair is almost completely gone after just a few appointments. I did not have as good results on my upper lip, but I did notice reduce amounts of hair there as well.

I started with a 6 treatments bikini package and when I saw the results I extended to other areas. I don`t have much hair but it took more than 6 sessions to get rid of the unwanted hair, so be ready to add a couple of touch ups to have great results, it`s worth it.
The best part about the service is that you get in and out right away, I never waited more than 5 min since they started at the new location.

This laser REALLY works. I had the brazillian over a year ago and have enjoyed a second summer of no shaving.

I have had laser treatment and facials at Skin Matters. The staff is great. Appointments were always on time and the laser techs were very good and knowledgeably.
Would definitely use again.
