Every laser technician I have worked with (about ten in a year in a half) has been friendly, compassionate with the pain management, and overall fun to talk to. I`ve never felt uncomfortable. Front desk staff is very friendly as well. NYAH is my first experience with laser hair removal, and they`ve made a repeat customer out of me! Great team!

Always nice people and great service. Some techs are more thorough than others so find a favorite and stick to that one if possible. I highly recommend this place.
