Quick and easy. Got there late (traffic) and was told they were booked solid and I might have to wait, but I only waited about 5 minutes. I think they try to seem overbooked/in demand. Not necessary. Obviously people like the place and go there.

I have been going to Skin Matters Buckhead for laser hair removal. The staff is always extremely friendly and helpful. The environment is clean, and I am always in and out in a short amount of time.

I would just like to say that Dana is great and Lauren was fantastic. This was my second laser treatment and they both made me feel relaxed even though I was extremely nervous not to metion Cat the manager up front she was so kind and very informative about all the products and pricing. I would reccommend skin matters to anyone in need of a good skin care facility.
