Carol is excellent at the Buckhead location! She is knowledgeable, friendly, and easy to work with as a first-timer. I did not know what to expect from laser hair removal since I have a darker skin tone (skin burns, laser not working for my hair type, etc.) Carol`s wealth of experience with the YAG laser helped take away the fear factor. And most of all I started to see great results after my first session! I`ve had two sessions so far. This experience makes me wish that I had given up shaving and waxing a long time ago.

Everyone at Roswell Rd Facility is always so amazing. My first laser hair session was yesterday, I was terrified, but Ashley was so nice and helped me every step of the way. Even though they are ridiculously busy, I never fee like just an appointment. They definitely treat you with more respect than most places I`ve ever been to. Very satisfied and highly recommend them!

Absolutely amazing! Everyone there was so kind and helpful. I am definitely happy that I chose Skin Matters to do the laser hair removal procedure.

Quick and easy. Got there late (traffic) and was told they were booked solid and I might have to wait, but I only waited about 5 minutes. I think they try to seem overbooked/in demand. Not necessary. Obviously people like the place and go there.

I have been going to Skin Matters Buckhead for laser hair removal. The staff is always extremely friendly and helpful. The environment is clean, and I am always in and out in a short amount of time.
