Lauren, my technician, is wonderful. She is very personable and professional. One area of concern, not related to Lauren, is cleanliness of the facility. The floors are swept, but not mopped. They are dirty and need a good cleaning. Many of us are taking off our socks and shoes and standing on those floors. It would be better if they were cleaner.

This place is A-1. Very professional and thorough. Detail oriented and time efficient. Ask for Kelli, she`s the best.

Everyone one there is kind and courteous. They go out of their way to help you. The facility is neat and clean. I love it!

I had an appointment at 8:40 a.m. My technician was stuck in horrible traffic and was not in the clinic. Skin Matters gave me to option of seeing someone else right away so I didn`t have to wait. I opted to see another technician, who was very professional and knowledgeable. Great service, and I didn`t have to switch around any work appointments because of horrible Atlanta traffic! Thank you Skin Matters.

Love Skin Matters! The staff are so sweet and accommodating. Gary is the absolute best laser hair tech in the universe - ever! I can`t imagine going anywhere else for spa services!
