I was on time for the appointment that I conveniently made on line and confirmed upon request. I signed in, was checked in, told someone would be right with me and subsequently sat there for 30 minutes for what resulted in a 3 minute procedure. Only after another woman, who came in after me asked to have her appointment rescheduled because she had been waiting for 15 minutes, and was immediately placed into a room was I finally noticed again. I appreciated them getting me back once the other woman complained but I obviously would`ve preferred for it never to have happened, not sure what was going on. Next time I won`t wait so patiently.

I like your location and the prices. I bought a 4 area groupon and when I came for my consultation, I was given the option to buy full body treatment and I did. I just don`t know why when I came in for my appointment, I had to almost argue with the technician (Lauren) to treat all the areas that I want including full stomach and upper back. she kept telling me that those areas don`t have the right type of hair for laser without even evaluating the areas. I have thick dark hair that I hate. She did end up treating the areas and did a good job but it was with attitude, making the entire appointment very uncomfortable. I don`t know why I should be given so much attitude if I was told I could get all these areas treated during my consult.

Heidi made me feel very comfortable with getting a Brazillian wax. She also did a great job with my eyebrows.

The atmosphere was a little dull. Maybe some good soft music would help.

I went back to the website to see pricing for other stuff I was interested in and couldn`t find them, its good to know that stuff. When business do not display that stuff or have it accessible I automatically move on to the next website.

I have going to Skin Matters for several years for various laser treatments. They do a wonderful job. I appreciated the fact that they wanted to test my face in a small spot to make sure my skin tone was appropriate for that laser before they did my entire face.
I feel that their pricing is very fare. I would highly recommend them to my friends.
