Shalon is GREAT! She is personable, and made me feel at ease, with conversation. She is fast with the laser hair removal, yet still pays attention to all areas that need it, while being thorough. :)
Also, Julianne at the front desk was very helpful in recommending skin care products.
Thank you both for being professional and personable!

This was the best bikini wax I`ve had. She was great at explaining why it hurts and being patient with me. She is very detailed. I have already booked my next appointment.

Everyone is nice and helpful. Making appointments online has proven to be difficult, but when I call they take care of it for me without any problems.

My service yesterday was FANTASTIC. In the past I`ve had to wait up to 45 minutes for my appointment to start, but I go in right on time and had wonderful service from Kelly. She was amazing. I never thought I`d say this about my laser appointment, but I`m actually looking forward to going back!

Service was relatively rapid. My tech was fine but as I reviewed her work, I saw that some of the hair area that was supposed to be removed was actually still there and had not been touched. I was not sure how to address this and felt uncomfortable doing so so I didn`t. It did make me wonder if a strategy for building business is to intentionally not remove hair some amount of hair so customers essentially have to return....how would we know??

I really like my aesthetician, Dana. She`s thorough and very personable. Usually the wait is minimal and doesn`t take too much time. I do plan to return, I`m setting up another 6 appts with her. Thank you for your services. I do hope the treatments work on my needed area.

I had my full face laser treatment and I m very happy with my results. staff is really nice . It was really easy to make an appointments. I would definitely recommend them .
