I love the competitive prices here but one thing I wish the techs would do differently is that I wish they would spend just a bit more time covering all areas thoroughly. I have had different techs and the newer tech was actually more attentive than the more experienced one but either way I always leave with patches that haven`t been lasered. I would recommend your techs follow an imaginary grid on the skin rather than laddering in undefined lines. They could either take a little more time and be more attentive or they could actually draw the grid patterns on the skin so they can be sure not to skip patches like they do in other laser hair removal facilities. Excellent customer service as well as laser hair removal. Started to see great results the very first visit. I would highly recommend the services at the Buckhead location. The bonus is Skin Matters is affordable. I waited years to have this service.

very pleasant staff, location is great (easy in and out). sometimes have to wait quite a while before actually going back for my service which is a pain as I do this on my lunch hour and my office is at Windy Hill and I-75.

Always have a nice time here. Kelly was my tech this last visit and I really liked her a lot. She did a great job and was nice to talk to. I will b using her from now on.
