This was my second appt at Skin Matters, and they continued to exceed my expectations. I remember looking at reviews online and wondering if they added their own reviews because so many were positive, but now I have proof that actual customers are send links to add reviews! Anyhoo, I showed up 25 minutes late for my appt (andI was on schedule to be early, but traffic was a beast) and they fit me in within 20 minutes of my stepping through the door despite having a full schedule! I had Alex laser hair removal, which was quick and relatively painless. The staff was just as friendly, helpful, and understanding as before. I will be back to Skin Matters - Buckhead for sure! Thanks, guys! :D

Kelli was great! I was taken care of in a timely manner. Kelli was very patient and completed my treatment with positive attitude. The only complaint I have is that I feel like skin matters should extend the appointment time for treatments. I have a full body treatment and only 50 minutes of time for the technician to complete the procedure and also with the lasers heating up and stopping, that delays the process as well. Some technicians just fly through the treatment to keep on schedule and so missing LOTS of spots. I thank you Kelli for taking your time with me and giving me a detailed treatment.

I had my first appointment/experience at Skin Matters yesterday 09/18/2013. I had a consultation and treatment session with Dayna. It was a great experience. Dayna was very knowledgable and personable. She made me feel at ease and answered all the questions I had. I would definitely recommend Skin Matters to my friends and family. Amazing customer service!!!

My only wish is that the office provided weekend hours. The staff is amazing.

Very nice establishment. Carol was awesome, very informative, professional, and pleasant!! No problems with Groupon transaction (first time user).
