I have been coming to Skin Matters for several years and I have had the same specialist for a couple of years, Leah, who is very knowledgeable and professional.

Ive been coming here for over 5 years for laser hair removal and then recurring touch ups. A lot has changed. Staff, quality of the services but at the end of the day its discounted services so you cant expect the fluff and extras. Leah was my technician and did a wonderful job. On time, very professional and chatted with me to distract from the discomfort. Will come back for laser hair removal touch ups but wont be utilizing other services. Will pay more for a higher end experience.

I have no complaints!! Friendly, knowledgable, timely, explained everything.
I have been going for a few months. Dysport & RF treatments!! Highly recommend SKIN MATTERS!!

Leah is amazing! I`ve been going since March and I barely have hair growing on my face, underarms and Brazilian grows but it`s thin.

I am so glad I found this spot! Great locations easy to make an appointment and Leah could not have been nicer. I felt comfortable, all my questions were answered, and I`m excited about my results!! Great vibe and services

Wendy was fabulous. Very caring and informative. Lisa was so great to chat with.
I hope the reno`s turn out well.
My only complaint- was having to read off my credit card info for others
to hear. It made me uncomfortable to do this. It`s an opportunity for someone
to take this info and use it. If I come back, I won`t do that, there will have to be another way. I was actually going to call and explain this, but hopefully you will understand and find a better solution.
