5 stars. Great service. Not sure the star rating is working. I Love the location, staff and service. Not been disappointment with anything. Pricing is always competitive and they always have specials to offer and discuss.

The staff is friendly and the treatments are great, I am seeing progress on getting rid of unwanted hair. My one complaint is that my appointments run about 10 minutes late. This has occurred the last two times I have been to the spa. My time is valuable and I make an effort to be on time for my appointments. I want the same consideration from the staff and if appointments are running behind, I would appreciate a call or text to let me know so I can adjust my arrival time and not sit waiting for a technician.

I purchased a package of laser treatments for facial hair removal. It was 12 treatments over 12 months. (facial hair is treated every 4 weeks) I just finished my last session and am really pleased with the results. I also really appreciated the experience with Nyah. They are very friendly, efficient and the location is nice. Thanks to everyone there!
