Overall I am quite happy with the service. Every staff member is excellent with respect to service. I have been taking laser treatment for my full face for the last 1 year. My 1 year unlimited service just got over during my last session. The hair growth has reduced quite a bit. However it has not completely gone. I may have to go for at least another 6 more sessions. So keep that in mind while starting your service. I wish Nyah would give some good deals to returning customers to keep them happy and returning for other services. I am also quite sad that they are moving out of John`s Creek and going to Alpharetta.

I have been getting my laser treatment for the past year now. Love the facility and service. Taylor and Brenna have been great! If you are thinking about getting laser then you don`t need to look further.

I am a male and was VERY apprehensive to start laser hair treatment because going to an institution like this is something I could not imagine myself doing. I was fortunate enough to have Taylor as my consultant and she was incredible. She made me feel comfortable about the experience and consistently made sure that the treatment showed the result I was looking for. I found her knowledgeable and informative.
The receptionist was efficient and friendly and was impressed that everything was ALWAYS well controlled and well administered.
If I ever need to do similar treatment I will not go to any other place and gladly recommend NYAH. ALL of it!

Always friendly and professional service. The only reason I didn`t give 5 stars is because I am disappointed to hear they are changing their hours to 9-5 Mon - Fri, and only 9-2 on Saturday. This makes it much more difficult for those of us who work full time to schedule convenient appointments.

I selected Nyah Med Spa for my LHR treatments after researching and reading reviews online various websites. And when I saw a Groupon, I called them for some questions and they honored the pricing and allowed me a custom
package. So far I`ve had my initial consult and the first treatment session for Full Legs and Full Arms. The service, ambience, everything is great about this place. The treatment room is very clean and comfortable too. Entire staff is very friendly and knowledgable. My technician was Brenna and she`s really good. And I`m pretty confident that others are equally good. Brenna is always ready to answer any questions and ensures your comfort during the treatment. I would definitely recommend this spa to anyone.
