I am very disappointed with the service I received on a particular day. After some miscommunication about my appointment time, the receptionist was very unfriendly while explaining it to me. This same negative energy carried through my check out process as well, she was very rude and not hospitable at all. This was a surprise to me since the staff overall is usually friendly, welcoming and very professional.
However, if it was based on the way I was treated by the individual at the reception desk, I would not recommend the office to anyone, and would definitely not return. Again, it was simply a bad experience with the receptionist.
Other than that, so far I am satisfied with the results!

Appointments were timely, entering personal information online and booking the appointment was very easy. The spa is neat, and clean, and is well cared for. The staff was friendly, professional, and polite.

I was late for my appointment by about 20 minutes and I was grateful that NYAH Med Spa made time for me. I made my appointment with Brenna because she is incredibly thorough and thoughtful. It turns out that I actually saw a different laser specialist. She was not as thorough as Brenna although she was nice. Perhaps my experience would have been better if I had been on time and I will try again. I like the spa a lot and have seen great results. But I definitely wish that Brenna would share her technique with others!

Great service; good prices! Please consider putting the qualifications of your medical staff on the website, as this might be helpful for those choosing between you guys and other businesses. The state of Georgia has specific requirements for practitioners of many aesthetic procedures, and it would make me feel better if I could view someone`s credentials beforehand, since I have had a different specialist every time. Thanks!

I was hesitant to purchase my Brazilian bikini laser hair removal treatments for such a discounted price; I felt like there was a catch. But I have been extremely pleased with my results and the staff! Do keep in mind that the reason this place is cheaper than others is because the certified laser technicians, while qualified and display their credentials on the wall as evidence, are not nurses or doctors (to my knowledge,) so if that is important to you, you will pay more elsewhere. My one and only complaint is that rebooking a missed appointment for a last minute cancelation is very hard; I tried and was unable to find an opening for 5-6 weeks for a Friday or Saturday.

I arrived on time for my appointment but had to wait 40 min to be seen! A 40 minute wait time is unacceptab.
