I wish appointment times were real. If my appointment is at 1:30. I shouldn`t have to wait till 2 to get in. Tell me to come at 2 if that is when I will get in. My time is important.

Staff is AWESOME. Facility is AWESOME. Results are AWESOME

Fix the appointment issue and I`d rate 6 stars.

This is an upscale salon with knowledgeable and professional technicians. I felt very comfortable through the entire full body laser hair removal process. The appointment started on time so there was no waiting. I am very happy with the results of my treatments.

The tech that performed laser hair removal was very nice. Only complaint was I think she missed a fairly large area. I`m sure it wasn`t intentional so I don`t want to state her name.

Service is very good. Technicians seem to be knowledgeable. Nice atmosphere. Overall I have had a good experience each time I have been.
