I don`t have much to compare Nyah Med Spa to. But the office is very nice, clean and well appointed. The staff technicians are young professionals. I would characterize the treatment was successful, but I still have several more visits in the treatment.

I already paid in full for my treatments, so couldn`t say anything which made me disappointed! I learn a lesson, never paid in full up front :( !

Unfortunately, with our high volume we cannot always answer every call. We are usually on the other line helping someone or scheduling someone. We apologize for the inconvenience. We do, however, leave a detailed message for instructions on scheduling and canceling since we have the online booking system. We also encourage to leave a message so we can call you back that same day. If you need to speak with someone in particular, it may take longer for them to return your call because of the different schedules.

I have been very happy with the services at Nyah Med Spa. Both the laser hair removal and exfoliation treatments have exceeded my expectations. The staff are always friendly and helpful.
