My laser hair removal tech was excellent! VERY thorough in explanations and processes. There seemed to be some miscommunication at the front desk, which got cleared up between the tech and myself. Where I felt I made a mistake in the purchase, was turned into I`m so glad I did this.

Every technician is very professional and friendly. Appointment times available at convenient times. They are great at making recommendations without making you feel ignorant and their prices are affordable.

I`ve had 4 treatments for laser removal to the back. All treatments have been fantastic, professional and have produced results that I can see. I`ve referred to of my friends who have also been happy with their treatments. The staff is very pleasant and I`m happy to recommend them to friends. I don`t do surveys often, but when it`s good, it`s worth saying so....same for bad service.

My initial visit to the spa was from a Groupon but I have since purchased other services. They staff is extremely professional and friendly and most importantly, knowledgeable about their services. I would definitely recommend this spa.

So far I am really impressed. The staff is professional and very courteous and the spa is beautiful. I`m having laser hair removal done on my lower legs. I was very surprised that it was not painful at all... Really liked Brenna :) Keep up the good work. I will see you soon!!!

It was my first visit to the spa for my laser treatment and I was 30minutes late due to lack of planning. Unlike other spas, they didn`t turn me down. They still attended me. Brenna did my laser treatment and she was very friendly. I was very happy with the friendly environment. I would definitely recommend the place.
