I`m still undecided. I started a 6 treatment package with the old laser and finished with the new machine. This was for the full legs, underarms and upper lip. I still have a lot of growth, but they said I will notice a difference in the future. They now offer an unlimited package for what I paid for the six treatments. I wish they would have extended this to my plan, instead of them offering me a 2 visit followup for another $129. I didn`t like being asked for a tip after each treatment.

Unfortunately, before I took over nyah med spa the previous owner was using the older technology with laser hair removal and often times with these machines you need more then 6 treatments. Since I have become the owner I have updated all of our equipment to the newest and advanced technology. I have also been the one to design these unlimited for a year packages so that the clients receive more than enough treatments to see effective results. I have been having laser hair removal here for quiet a long time. The office is beautiful with a very peaceful feel. I was able to book a laser hair removal appointment the same day, I was very surprised and pleased with that. I have had several treatments with the older laser machine but not many results. Admittedly mine is a tough case. Yesterday was my first appointment with the new machine. I will wait to see what kind of results I get. I added underarms in addition to chin and jawline. I was in and out of the treatment room in less than 5 minutes which concerns me. It didn`t feel as if every area was touched. However, If my results are good this time I hope to book full body.

Hello, Thank you for taking the time to review us. Yes..the new laser has been great. We even purchased another machine so we can accommodate all clients. We have gotten great feedback with the lasers so we are very excited. This is machine is a lot faster then the old one and also does not require any gel so I totally understand why you would be concerned with the amount of time it took. The old laser did take longer. Good news though...when the laser penetrates the skin it actually scatters underneath grabbing the surrounding follicles so it covers more then one might think...plus you do not want to overlap too much bc of the risk of burning. On my first consultation visit, the tech convinced me to go ahead and do the treatment instead of the patch test. I told her that I`ve been burnt before so she went to find the newer laser machine but it was being used. I ended up with blisters & scarring. I was brave to head back there again, they have been using the newer machine and I have had no problems. The front desk staff and techs are very friendly, the best being Danielle. She does the laser treatment the best, does not skip on the post treatment, and explains the procedure well. They also maintain the facility well. Now, I would go back there again for future treatments!
