The place is very nice, great atmosphere. I have been 4 times & EVERY time I get someone new even though I book my appt with the same person. It would make me feel more comfortable to have some consistency with my consultant.
BUT last visit I`M VERY UPSET.....Because I paid for 1 year unlimited full legs instead of 6 treatments and paid for full face for unlimited 1 year but they were booking me appointment for 8 weeks when i have full legs & hands. Face suppose 2 be 4 weeks once.....they told its ok but till then on my face hair grows so long. every one look at me awkward...i want to be done my face in 4 weeks once not 8 weeks. Unfortunately, there must have been some misunderstanding. Our protocol for laser hair removal on the face is 4-6 weeks and on the body is 6-8 weeks. We have had the same staff from day one..the only difference is we have grown so we have had to hire a few more techs. We do not have a high turn over rate at all with staff..just growth in staff. During the training process...the schedule for the techs can sometimes change occasionally which will cause you to get a different tech from time to time. I regret that we were not able to contact you in time to let you know. Also, we have opened up a second location in Duluth and some of our staff has transferred over to that location which is also the cause of the inconsinstenc
