Great service, always polite and professional. Facility is beautiful and clean. My last visit was outstanding. The laser hair technician was thorough, ensuring that entire area being treated was covered.

While the staff is very nice and the setting is pleasing, my complaint is that there is a lack of consistency . From one visit to another the clinician may vary and none of them seemingly do the laser hair removal procedures the same way. Some are very detailed/thorough while others seem to be quick to get the job done. While you do have the ability to request the clinician you want, it`s not always guaranteed that you will get that person. I feel my results would have been better with more consistency. I did mention this concern to the clinician at my most recent/final treatment of the package I had purchased. Turnover seems to be an issue and because of that I would hesitate to return.

I have received laser hair removal treatments as well as microdermabrasion. I am pleased with my results so far!! The young ladies at the front desk are always courteous. I`ve been seen by both Taylor and Sharon. I love the fact that they take the time to explain what is best for my skin and they ALWAYS make sure that I am comfortable while receiving services. The service has been awesome!!! By the way, I live in Ellenwood and don`t mind the drive because the gold star service, treatments, and results are worth every mile!!!

I have been going to NYH Med spa for laser hair removal treatments. I have been treated by Brenna since I started my treatments back in May 2013. She is very friendly and informative. She spoke to me about the best laser option for my skin tone on my first visit. I always make sure to book all my future appointments with her. The front desk gal (don`t have her name) is also very professional and friendly. The office is very nice, clean and relaxing. I really enjoy going in for my treatments and am getting fantastic results. They are better than I expected. I would and definitely have recommended NYAH Spa to my friends and family!
