I went just yesterday for my appointment- normally I always get greeted by the ladies at the front desk- no greeting this time, I signed in and sat down- I got in at 1:10 on the dot which was my appointment time- I waited til 1:30- which was the end of my appointment- I drive an hour to get to the place bc I originally started out as a Groupon deal with them- I asked the lady at the front how much longer and she said just a few more minutes- I was taken care of by Danielle- who was great but not the person who I had set my appointment up with- It worked out well bc I will be seeing Danielle again- she was extremely courteous and great with the service- I also am unhappy with my underarms results for laser at this point
