On my first consultation visit, the tech convinced me to go ahead and do the treatment instead of the patch test. I told her that I`ve been burnt before so she went to find the newer laser machine but it was being used. I ended up with blisters & scarring. I was brave to head back there again, they have been using the newer machine and I have had no problems. The front desk staff and techs are very friendly, the best being Danielle. She does the laser treatment the best, does not skip on the post treatment, and explains the procedure well. They also maintain the facility well. Now, I would go back there again for future treatments!
