Great facility! The staff behind the desk is very friendly. I have darker skin and have had 11 treatments for full body laser hair removal. I`ve seen about 5 separate aestheticians
during this time (I typically try to book with one person however, availability for the day/time I want is sometimes already booked) and each has made me feel very comfortable. Skin Matters has a variety of lasers suited for various skin types. They provide other great services as well.

Friendly staff, short wait time. The practice is pretty full, but the online system has helped make booking an appointment much easier. I have been very satisfied with the service at skin matters.

I love the feel of of SkinMatters - much more like a spa than a doctors office. The technicians and everyone there is very nice and professional. My results so far have been great. Leave a little extra time to park if you go on Saturdays - this shopping center can be busy.

Although Skin Matters is not convenient, we feel the drive was well worth it. The spa is clean, light and airy. The staff is courteous and concerned.
We were thoroughly informed about our treatment and have seen excellent results.

They are always super nice and accomodating with scheduling. Very clean! I would recommend them!

I`ve been pretty happy so far. The only complaint is scheduling. I haven`t really been able to get in when I need to in order to fit my schedule. Now that they are open on Sundays it`s getting a bit better, but I`m very pleased with the hair removal results thus far!

I began visiting this place about a year ago when they were located at their previous location. I really enjoy their current location due to the free parking, new decor, and convenience of things around it. With their move, their service has also improved! The wait times have decreased. Additionally, I am definitely seeing a decrease in my hair growth!

They did a great job and were very friendly. They were knowledgable and very helpful. I`ve seen good results and am looking forward to completing my sessions. No more shaving.

I had laser hair removal under my arms and bikini line. My appointments were quick, easy and on-time. The on-line booking works great. Everyone I worked with was pleasant and helpful.
