I have been there for two treatments and have been very pleased with my experience. The staff is very friendly. They always try and make me feel comfortable, along with doing a great job with my laser treatments.

The technicians are awesome. Scheduling is not so much. Getting a laser appointment can be difficult outside of normal working hours it seems. It is great they are open on Saturdays, though. Great equipment. Works well.

As a first timer trying laser hair removal, I was a bit skeptical. However I`m currently on my fourth treatment and love the decision I`ve made. I`ve had 3 different technicians and enjoyed all 3. I had a scheduling conflict the week of my appointment which I booked a month in advance and they were more than accommodating to work me in with the small window of time I had.

Skim matters staff was great however I am not satisfied with the results.
