Skin Matters has been fantastic for my laser hair removal treatment. The staff are very courteous and friendly and the wait time has been very quick since they moved to the new location. I would recommend SM to friends as the location is great and the treatments are effective.

Service has been great as results have too.
However I was sick and canceled an appt 24 hours prior and I was charged $20.
I called and was told a manager would call me back after it was looked into and I never received a call or credit

I had laser hair removal done on two areas, underarm and bikini. I did notice a reduction in hair, but not elimination (but I am fair-skinned and fair haired and knew this was a possibility). The staff were pleasant and professional, and the services were affordable. Overall, I do recommend this business.

I`ve tried other places for laser hair removal and Skin Matters is the best, hands down. The technicians are professional and they stay on schedule. No waiting 30 minutes for your appointment here. Parking is easy and free, the space is bright and comfortable, and the lasers work. That should go without saying, but I had laser hair removal treatment at another place and it didn`t work, while the area treated by Skin Matters is smooth and clean. I`ll definitely go back for more body areas.

I LOVE this place! Very professional staff, on time, great location & easy on-line scheduling. I`ve been getting laser hair removal with wonderful results! Next is tackling the sun damage on my face with a ViPeel. Looking forward to it!! Thanks Skin Matters!!!!
