I LOVE this place! Very professional staff, on time, great location & easy on-line scheduling. I`ve been receiving laser hair removal with amazing results. I forgot what shaving was like! Next up is repairing the sun damage on my face with a ViPeel! Can`t wait!

This place is great! I`m only 3 sessions into my treatment and already have great results. The laser is perfect for my skin and its almost painless. The laser techs I have worked with are all nice and fast. Appts are now made online
so it`s very convenient. Skin Matters also has the lowest prices in town for almost any laser. I just bought a 2nd package and can`t wait to start!

The service was fast and the staff is friendly! I only have to wait about 5 minutes to be helped. Although their sandy springs location is kinda far from my house (I live in Duluth), I don`t mind trekking out there. I would definitely recommend this place.

I like that it`s pretty easy to get an appointment and the service is consistent between the staff. Now that they moved, it`s even better because you don`t have to pay for parking. Sessions go pretty quickly as well.

I highly recommend Skin Matters. I am half way through my sessions for laser hair removal of lower leg and under arm and have had great results so far. I`ve sent several friends to Skin Matters and they are all very happy as well. The staff is very nice and, best of all I rarely have to wait more than 5 minutes when I get there.

Went here for 6 full body treatments. Facilities are much nicer at this newer location. Service has improved greatly from when I started coming. Appointments will still run late, but more around 10-15 min instead of the ridiculous hour or so i experienced my first couple visits. Techs made me feel quite comfortable and are thorough and efficient. A little questionable on effectiveness, but I chalk that up to the performance of their previous techs at the previous location and the need to service their machines, which seems to have been done now. I definitely see some reduction, just less than I expected for 6 visits. Overall it`s the best bargain for laser hair removal that I`ve to find. Everything considered, I would recommend skin matters

Skin Matters offers great services. The office is a nice environment and the staff is, for the most part, friendly to clients.
