The service is great! I would definitely reccomend Skin Matters to my family and friends. My girl Carol is the bomb. She answeres all of my questions and makes sure that I am in and out of there quickly. I am so happy I decided to get laser hair removal; and notjust for the fact that I will be hairless but the people who work there make sure that you are taken care of. Thank you so much Skin Matters!

The service was great an the appointment was on time. I have only one concern. After the service the receptionist ask me if I would like to leave a gratitude for the tech, I advised her I did not have any cash on hand, her demeanor changed completely as of she was upset. I felt very uncomfortable. I use to always reward a great service, but after rushing from my job to the appointment I did not have cash on hand. Thanks

The service was ok. The staff was really friendly. I had a Groupon and the owner did not want to give me the dollar value to obtain another service, I was a little confused about that. I wanted to buy products but I guess the esthetician was too busy to assist me so the front desk receptionist helped me instead. Very nice place, bright and open, they have a nice selection of face products, we will see how they work. All and all they have a pleasant staff.

The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. They look and listen to your skin concerns and offer you the right treatment.
