Good prices on services. Usually a short wait time. I have the full-body unlimited for 12 months package. I have very good results after 5 visits. My complaint is the online scheduling system. They recently allowed me to book an appointment on a day that they were closed. I had no idea they were closed until I showed up for my appointment. I even received confirmation and reminder emails for this particular appointment. It was very inconvenient. Also,if you buy the unlimited visits for 12 months and think u can squeeze in 10-12 visits-you`d be wrong! U can get 8 visits because the scheduling sys allows visits exactly 6 weeks apart. Not even one day earlier will be approved.

I tried skin matters for a Brazilian wax and eyebrow wax for the first time. I was very satisfied with the service. The staff was very nice and professional. I would reccomend skin matters.

Clean facility and nice staff. You have to book your appointments on-line so you have to be comfortable doing that but it is easy.

The consultant performing my facial was perfect in her analysis of my skin problem, was courteous and always made sure I was comfortable through a slightly uncomfortable procedure.

Laser hair removal is the most reasonable I have ever seen. Service is very good. I have seen Dana several times and have always had a great experience.

Wow, I just had my first full laser appt and wow! I expected to feel embarrassed but did not. Allison was very professional and I relaxed immediately!!! I am glad that I used the numbing lotion before; it lessened the sting in the sensitive areas:)

For the most part the staff is very friendly. You get quick service, in and out with no problem. Parking near the studio can be difficult at times but overall I`m quite pleased!
