The staff at Skin Matters is super friendly. I got done with a meeting and showed up 30 minutes early and they were more than willing to go ahead and take me. I was super comfortable and was in and out of there within 15 minutes. I have recommended many friends to come to Skin Matters. All of them have bought a Groupon or deal and have loved it as well.

The technician who performed my laser hair removal was wonderful. Great personality, very professional, and very assuring. The girl who checked me out was rude. I asked her how much your Latisse was, and she gave me back a very snappy answer making me feel like I annoyed her. Which in turn made me feel too embarrassed to buy any. I am a firm believer in spending my money at places that want it. I will definitely be back though. Overall great experience though.

Dana is amazing. She is a great technician but also understands the business - telling me how to move a package I bought to my daughter and also juggling clients around to be most time efficient. Can`t say enough good things about her.

The only issue was I had to wait 30 minutes to be seen, even though I came early. The place is clean and professional.

Cat at the front said hi and bye to me and was very friendly. We had a silly conversation about the numbing cream as I purchased it. My first laser treatment on my underarms was fast and basically painless and the lady was friendly and professional. She reminded me of the Do`s & Don`ts as I was collecting my things, and I was on my way in 10 minutes.
