The reason I did not give a five is because I feel that I am always being brushed off. Theres always that staff that has to make a comment. The Aesthetician has always been great. Thats the sole reason I would definately come back. The ladies up front need a refresher on customer service. Ryan has been the only one that was professional

I absolutely love Dana Davis. Getting a full body laser and she makes the whole experience comfortable. Now that`s talent! Dana, you rock that joint!

With IPL treatments, it is hard to understand what I am purchasing. I thought when I purchased that the laser would address any problems on my face. What I learned afterward is that one laser addresses brown spots while another addresses redness, and you can`t do both in one treatment so if you want to treat both redness and brown spots, you must buy two treatments. As a consumer, that`s a tough surprise to swallow.

Love this place, the technicians are so nice--even when you`re in a compromising position. Always recommend them to my friends. One tiny downside...not sure if it`s me or what...but the laser in the first room on the left is painful. Not sure if it`s Yag or Alex but be prepared! Luckily the pain is temporary.
