The facility was very clean and modern!! The receptionist and Gary were great. They were very nice and I felt extremely comfortable!! My appt was at 1250 and I was attended to right away!

Carol G. At Skin Matters is the best for laser hair removal. She makes me feel welcome and comfortable during my visits and the results are fabulous!

Very happy with my results and the honesty from the staff. I bought a Groupon a year ago that was for 6 treatments, the area I had planned to use it on was not the best candidate (hair color was too light) so they recommended a different area. They made sure that I would be able to see the best results! The issue with a scheduled appointment (that was lost/deleted by the computer during a system change over) was honored and taken care of quickly. I worked with Kelli Soares for my appointments she was great and very nice.

The treatment session (for toenail funges) was fine... done efficiently and with a friendly manner...
The instructions on followup were very useful..my only suggestion is to have a handout sheet (or reference to web instructions) to help me remember everything... (wash all socks, sheets with special antiseptic... spray shoes, etc .. wait 3 to 6 months and come back if need touchup)

The initial consultation was worthless. The person I met with didn`t even know why I was there.

I visited Skin Matters for my initial consultation. The staff was very friendly and the technician I met with, Misty, was very knowledgeable- not only on the laser but also about hair removal in general. She took the time to explain the process and what to expect and do before and after appts. Can`t wait to start my new hair removal journey at Skin Matters!

I`ve experienced a dramatic increase in service and results in the last few months. My first 5 months felt like a complete rip-off and I did not even experience temporary results. I have had laser treatments on my face for years and have never experienced anything as bad as I experienced those first 5 treatments. BUT my last few visits, with Matt, and now with Kelly have been as good as the first were bad. I do now recommend Skin Matters to friends, but only with the caveat that they see certain people and insist on certain machines.

Carol was awesome. She made me feel comfortable for the time I was there. Beth also remembered me, which was impressive. Great customer service all around!
