The staff is friendly and so helpfu! Unfortunately there was a mixup and I had to wait 20 minutes, but I`ll still be coming back!

Happy with the level of service received and feel they do a good job of asking about your use of sun, med`s etc. which is important before laser hair removal.

Skin Matters and their technicians stay on schedule, so if you have an appointment during your work day, they are on time and the technicians are very knowledgeable.

My appt was running late AGAIN! If the appts will take longer than 10 minutes (for arms/legs, etc) please schedule those appts for longer so that those of us who have shorter appts don`t have to wait. Thanks!

Carol is amazing!!!!!!! Any fear or concern I had is gone. She`s very knowledgable about African American skin, I am having great results.
