I`m a trans woman who`s purchased 1 year of unlimited areas laser hair removal package. This really means I can get up to 8 sessions in the year. For trans women, it is not uncommon to require more than 8 treatments to be fully cleared. As such, it is absolutely critical for me to get all areas every time. Gary, my technician, was apologetic and said he would add an additional full body treatment to make up for it. He is a real asset to Skinmatters.

Please allow for more time for trans woman or men who get full body laser hair removal treatments. Gary works fast but there is a limit to what is technically possible to complete in the time that was scheduled by your staff who booked the appointment for me.

lack of customer service, consistency and knowledge of services. The gentlemen at the front is un-friendly....

My appointment was at 4:40pm - I was taken back to the treatment room at 5:10pm. Totally unacceptable for me. I drove through a blinding rainstorm in a hurry from Stone Mountain to make sure I was on time for my appointment (which I was). My cell phone is on record. The staff knew how badly behind time the Lipo tech was - how about a courtesy call?

We try our very best to always run on time. On some occasions, we get behind in an effort to accommodate all clients. Thank you for your comments- your are right, we should have called you to let you know your appointment would be delayed.
