I arrived on time for my appointment but had to wait 40 min to be seen! A 40 minute wait time is unacceptab.

I had my first treatment for laser hair removal yesterday and it went well. The office is very clean and relaxing. They are super quick with the service. The technicians I met were both very professional and helpful in answering all my questions. I really like this place!
