When I had a problem with my appointment and trying to reschedule without a solution suitable to me, the manager was extremely helpful and I greatly appreciated this level of customer service. 2 thumbs up!

I`ve only had the consultant and then my first of many laser hair removal appointments at NYAH Med Spa but so far I have no complaints. I`ve only received prompt and courteous service and everyone I have come in contact with has been kind and helpful. My appointment was quick and professional and my technician really understood my nerves/questions/etc. and did her best to make me feel comfortable. I cannot say anything for the results, as I have only just started coming, but so far, I would definitely recommend NYAH Med Spa and their laser hair removal services.
