This is the 4th treatment for my laser hair removal procedure. Ana is very professional and very thorough with the treatment, and also questioned me how the treatment was going so far.

I have no pain tolerant want so ever. I use numbing cream which help quite a lot, but there are still certain areas that are quite sensitive, not intolerable though, which is a huge plus.

I had my first visit Monday and Ana did my laser hair removal. She is excellent at the procedure, very kind and patient as well. The building is clean and peaceful, I even had a water fountain view from my window. The rest of the staff is very kind and helpful as well.

This was my first visit and first experience with laser altogether. Ana was very thorough, detailed, and very patient with all my questions. I look forward to continuing on with her, and hope the results are as good as the service!

The staff is very prompt and professional. I never have to wait more than 2 minutes past my appointment time. I have gone 5 times for Full Laser Hair Removal and am so glad I decided to do this. Of all the techs, Ana is the best. She is very pleasant, thorough and always willing to answer all questions. It is obvious she enjoys her job and truly cares about the clients. I did not rate it 5 stars because there seems to be an accounting issue on their part and I am waiting to hear back from personnel to have it resolved. Am thinking of purchasing their B-12 package, but won`t do so until accounting issues are resolved. Other than this, it is a great place! Give it a try, you`ll be glad you did!

I went just yesterday for my appointment- normally I always get greeted by the ladies at the front desk- no greeting this time, I signed in and sat down- I got in at 1:10 on the dot which was my appointment time- I waited til 1:30- which was the end of my appointment- I drive an hour to get to the place bc I originally started out as a Groupon deal with them- I asked the lady at the front how much longer and she said just a few more minutes- I was taken care of by Danielle- who was great but not the person who I had set my appointment up with- It worked out well bc I will be seeing Danielle again- she was extremely courteous and great with the service- I also am unhappy with my underarms results for laser at this point

My laser hair removal tech was excellent! VERY thorough in explanations and processes. There seemed to be some miscommunication at the front desk, which got cleared up between the tech and myself. Where I felt I made a mistake in the purchase, was turned into I`m so glad I did this.
