SkinMatters is just ok... They are constantly running behind, and I`ve had 3 separate appointments where they started my treatment, someone knocked on the door, and then they actually KICKED ME OUT OF THE ROOM in the middle of a treatment... not a very good business strategy. I`m still going, because I`ve already bought the treatments, and because their prices are way cheaper than anywhere else. I guess you get what you pay for.

The technicians I had were very good. The lip/brazilian service was great but hair growth is coming back after two months. I thought it would last longer....or be permanent.

Fantastic service and I look forward to my visits! The front desk staff is phenomenal and very flexible. I love the hours because I can get it done early. I also love the technicians. They are extremely knowledgable and very professional.

I LOVE skin matters! The new location is conveniently located and the online booking makes appointment making so easy. I can also schedule my treatment with the same person each time. Carol is great! They also have a new laser for light skin / light hair that is doing a much better job for my bikini area. I won`t go anywhere else for my laser hair removal needs.

Laser hair removal is pretty good here. It all depends who you get for laser hair removal. My first treatment was horrible. Nothing came out of it. I was told later that first treatment is always like that.. well, then we need to not pay for that first treatment. Since then, most everybody has been really great. Don`t be shy of saying what you need covered.

Skin Matters is my go-to place in Atlanta for laser hair removal. Stick with Dana, and you can`t go wrong.

Love Skin Matters. The new location is bright and clean. The staff is always friendly. Scheduling can be a bit tricky but as long as you schedule about a month in advance you should have no problem making an appointment that is convenient for you! They have lots of different lasers for all different skin types and really try to match you up with the best laser for you. I`ve had amazing results from my treatments and would highly recommend Skin Matters to anyone interested in laser hair removal. Their prices are INCREDIBLE and really can`t be beat!

There is a lot to say about this place. When try we`re at the old location I would probably give them a 2 but the service and friendliness definitely changed when they moved. I am very happy with the results I`ve gotten ad the quality of the service. The prices can`t be beat either.
