The new salon is beautiful and it is very easy to schedule an appointment...Every time I arrive there is very little wait time and the services are fast so that you are in and out in no time.

I have being going to skin matters for about a year now and have seen great results. The technicians are all very professional and make the process very comfortable. Additionally, the online appointment scheduling system is very convenient. I would definitely recommend!

Skin Matters has a nice staff and office. I have gotten good results using their services. The online reservation system is very easy to use. My only negative is that on several occasions they have run behind schedule, which caused me to wait past my appointment time. Other than that, I would recommend this service to friends and family!

I am so happy with my laser hair removal treatments!! I`ve noticed a REAL difference and barely have to pick up a razor. I can`t wait until my treatment is completed to see the final results! Great staff and very nice new office! Love it!

All of my treatments have been very positive. The front desk always seems very happy and upbeat. If you arrive early she will try to get you in before your scheduled appointment. I have had 3 different technicians and they have all been very nice and informative. They take the weird feeling out of the air.

I really like Skin Matters. They are friendly and have given good results despite me being pretty dark skinned. I had issues with razor bumps for years due to shaving but don`t deal with that hardly since I started my laser hair removal treatments. And what a great deal they have pricewise.

I got a great deal through groupons and the staff at Skin Matters has always been helpful. You can book sat appointments which is nice. They have several machines so make sure you ask questions and book the ones to give best results. Buy the numbing cream!! Your body will thank you.

Since moving to their new location and expanding the hours, the wait times have greatly improved! The staff is always friendly and courteous.

I had bikini and lower legs done. I highly recommend Skin Matters. The staff is friendly and knows what they are doing. And the new location is great! Wait times can vary, so you may want to be prepared for a wait. But overall, I give it two thumb up!
