Since moving to their new location and expanding the hours, the wait times have greatly improved! The staff is always friendly and courteous.

I had bikini and lower legs done. I highly recommend Skin Matters. The staff is friendly and knows what they are doing. And the new location is great! Wait times can vary, so you may want to be prepared for a wait. But overall, I give it two thumb up!

i love my experience at skin matters. i was referred to it by a girl who was posting on youtube on how great this place is. she was absolutely right!! i am an east indian girl with dark skin and thick coarse hair so i was skeptical as to whether it was going to work for me. i saw results right away-
