I loved Kelli, I felt like she really took her time to make me feel comfortable during the procedure and I hope to see great results. This is my second laser hair removal appt, I only wish they had a place to put our clothes, but still does not take away from the service I recieved.

Only issue was that I called before making my appointment to make sure the service could be preformed while nursing and I was told yes, however when I arrived the technician said it was not recommended.

I paid $475 for 4 Brazilian hair removal treatments, which is certainly not cheap--not only do their lasers not work properly and break frequently, but you have a different technician every time because they have such high turnover, and they don`t bother to tell you before your appointment that you won`t be getting the technician or machine that you scheduled. That is if you can get an appointment since their appt system is always broken, and no one ever answers the phone or calls you back.
They then ask for tips which is so inappropriate and tacky. I would never go back here--there are so many better and cheaper places! The positive reviews on their website are clearly fake; go to Yelp to see the slew of negative reviews for this place.
