I paid $475 for 4 Brazilian hair removal treatments, which is certainly not cheap--not only do their lasers not work properly and break frequently, but you have a different technician every time because they have such high turnover, and they don`t bother to tell you before your appointment that you won`t be getting the technician or machine that you scheduled. That is if you can get an appointment since their appt system is always broken, and no one ever answers the phone or calls you back.
They then ask for tips which is so inappropriate and tacky. I would never go back here--there are so many better and cheaper places! The positive reviews on their website are clearly fake; go to Yelp to see the slew of negative reviews for this place.

I loved this experience. The young lady doing my wax was really friendly and patient. My overall experience was great. I have already recommended a friend, and planning my next visit.

The person that did my consultation was very kind. She did not know all the details but her attitude was great and she was willing to find out about the questions I asked. I found the lady at the front to be a little dismissive and not too helpful. Hopefully she was just having an off day. Also I have found them to be very busy and have appointments booed months ahead which makes things difficult for people like me with limited openings.

I have nothing bad to say about this place..the staff is great as well as the services they offer. I would definately recommend friends and family here.
