I LOVE the technicians! They are knowledgeable and works well with my pain tolerance level. The reason I give them 4 out of 5 stars is because one of the front office employees isn`t pleasant. Maybe she was flustered from the hectic hour but clients were not serviced in the proper order. The other reason for the star rating is their online appointment booking. I `requested` a specific time on their website, received an email confirmation that the request was sent and also received two appointment slots confirmations. I called them to tell them so I wouldn`t be charged for the additional appointment I never requested. Oddly enough, they told me I was only booked for one of the two. Just be careful making appointments through the web.

The people are very pleasant. Overall, great experience. The online booking is a bit iffy, but ultimately effective. I would definitely recommend this place to my friends.

Friendly and outgoing staff. Extremely timely, every time I have been there early I have been taken back early. Thorough and diligent about getting your procedure exactly how you want it.

I had a very good consultation, I am just disappointed that the treatment I wanted wasn`t right for my problem. I am glad the doctor was honest and let me know.

I felt everyone was very knowledgable and very polite. However the person who did my first laser hair removal treatment was not very thorough. I plan to ask for a different person for my future treatments. Overall good experience, just will not use the same tech next time.
