I went in for a laser hair consultation. The only complaint I have is that I was expecting to have a test spot done on the area I want treated (bikini) because I wanted to feel the sensation of the laser. Instead the test spot was done on my shin which didn`t make a lot of sense to me. Other than that everything was good.

I arrived at 1048 for my 1100 appointment. Was called back at 1111. Beth is a good old fashioned southern gal. She`s real friendly. I gave a tip last time and the hair grew back. So didn`t feel inclined to leave one this time. Here`s a tip if they are bold enough to ask for gratuity, be bold enough to say no or leave the amount you feel they deserve.

The staff at Skin Matters is super friendly. I got done with a meeting and showed up 30 minutes early and they were more than willing to go ahead and take me. I was super comfortable and was in and out of there within 15 minutes. I have recommended many friends to come to Skin Matters. All of them have bought a Groupon or deal and have loved it as well.

The technician who performed my laser hair removal was wonderful. Great personality, very professional, and very assuring. The girl who checked me out was rude. I asked her how much your Latisse was, and she gave me back a very snappy answer making me feel like I annoyed her. Which in turn made me feel too embarrassed to buy any. I am a firm believer in spending my money at places that want it. I will definitely be back though. Overall great experience though.

Dana is amazing. She is a great technician but also understands the business - telling me how to move a package I bought to my daughter and also juggling clients around to be most time efficient. Can`t say enough good things about her.
